the bulletproof PSL

tastes, looks and smells like a psl, but with 80 calories and no added sugar; compare to starbucks’ 380 calorie original (for a grande/310 without whip) and 48g of sugar.

blend:

  • 1 large mug brewed coffee
  • 2 tbsps pumpkin puree
  • dash of nutmeg
  • dash of cinnamon
  • splash of almond milk

pumpkin chia seed pudding

i have a huge love of tapioca stemming back to my childhood, and when my sister shared the world of chia seed pudding with me, it changed breakfast forever.  my usual is vanilla, brown sugar, almond milk and chia seeds – 1c almond milk to 3tbsps chia seeds – sometimes some shredded coconut for good measure.  since none of those fun additions are permitted, i mixed in some cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin puree and created the psl of chia seed pudding.  i can’t even say how much of basic bitch i feel like right now.
