As soon as October comes around become a fool for fall marketing and am easily persuaded to buy anything pumpkin. I was getting wine for a dinner party and walked past Spicebox Pumpkin Spiced whiskey and went for it… Of course. I’m a whiskey drinkin’ woman, but this stuff is reallly good, I’m impressed. I made a Chai tea with 1/2 ounce whiskey and 1/2 ounce Carolans, and also a 3/4 ounce whiskey, 1/4 ounce Carolans on the rocks. The pumpkin spices come out really nicely in taste and aromatics.
